CONSTRUCTION
For surface grinding inside and outside of containers and bases, we manufacture various grinding heads. We offer complete solutions in combination with machine stands and turning devices.
TANK
The BSK belt grinding heads are used to grind the surface of containers, as well as the round and longitudinal weld seams, inside and outside.
The KLB belt grinding head is used to grind the inside of small containers from Ø 250.
We build standard grinding heads in various sizes, or according to your special requirements.
VERTICAL GRINDING MACHINE
The vertical grinding machine VSA 2000 is suitable for grinding the vertical weld seam protrusions on the inside of container shots. The grinding machine is equipped with two different grinding heads. The weld seam protrusion is ground away with the belt grinding head and then brushed with the rotor grinding head. Due to the fast working process and the clean surface, you can increase your productivity and quality. Process time for 1.5m seam approx. 5 min.

BASES
The BOK belt sanding heads are used to sand the surface of container bottoms, inside and outside.
We build standard grinding heads in various sizes, or according to your special requirements.
COMPLETE PLANTS
Due to the modular design with grinding head carrier, container, floor turning device and the corresponding grinding heads, we are able to offer you an overall concept.
The user-friendly control system enables automatic operation of the system.
