CHEESE-MAKING MACHINES
CHEESE SMEAR MACHINE
The cheese smearing machine/cheese salting machine is used to salt two cheese wheels at the same time.

BOARD CLEANING MACHINE
The BRB board cleaning machine cleans cheese boards with rotating brushes and fresh water.
The solid, hot-dip galvanised construction, with adjustable brushes, allows different board dimensions to be cleaned.

BOARD WASHING MACHINE
This machine was taken over by the Berchtold company and is now produced and distributed by us.
With the board washing machine BWM, cheese boards are cleaned with automatic feed, by rotating brushes and fresh water.
This machine is characterised by its compact design. However, its use is limited to cheese boards with a maximum thickness of 22mm.
All spare parts are always available and service work can be carried out at short notice
BOARD DRYING TROLLEY
These mobile racks are used for storing and drying cheese boards.
They are available in hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel versions. We offer different models according to the different board dimensions.

In our metalworking department we are mainly focused on welded constructions for our machines.
We create machine parts and machine stands in steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
We also carry out metallworking on a contract basis and repair welding according to customer requirements.
KEYWAY GROOVING
The Burch company has tools and machines for machining keyways.
We manufacture keyways or multiple keyways in millimetre, inch or special dimensions in through or blind holes.

In cooperation with the company Kremos-Ketten AG, we trade in drive chains and sprockets. For the most part, we can serve you from our warehouse in Gossau.
We are also competent in the reworking of sprockets and in the manufacture of special sprockets.
